Our return & exchange policy offers clear guidelines for returning or exchanging products from Zalomi. It covers the time frame, eligibility, and steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period : You have 7 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return, provided it meets our eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

An incorrect product (i.e., the delivered product differs from what was ordered).
A damaged or faulty product.
In its original condition, unopened, with all original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, brand seals, and Zalomi security seals intact.
The same original item received, not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Not part of the non-eligible categories.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, it may take up to two weeks for our team to inspect and process the return. Our Test department will evaluate the product to determine if the defect is due to product quality or other factors. If the product is deemed defective due to quality issues, a replacement will be provided. However, if the product is found to have been damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or missing parts, a restocking fee starting from AED 70/- may apply, depending on the extent of the damage.

The refund amount will be based on the actual purchase price of the product, excluding any processing and delivery charges, which are non-refundable.

Refund Procedures : How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be credited to your Zalomi Wallet.
Credit Card: Refunds will be processed back to the same card used during the purchase.
Tabby - Refunds for purchases made using Tabby will be processed by Tabby.For further assistance with Tabby refunds, please refer to [Tabby's Help Center](https://help.tabby.ai).

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate bank or credit card details for the refund process.

The time taken to process a refund varies, depending on various factors. Typically, it takes up to one week for Zalomi to receive and inspect the returned item. Once the return is processed, the refund may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to appear on your payment card statement, depending on your bank's internal processes.

If the refund status is not updated in your Zalomi Account, and the expected processing time has passed, please contact our customer support team for further assistance. If the status shows as refunded in your account but you have not received the funds, we recommend contacting your bank for more information.

Important Information

Zalomi reserves the right to take action against customers who misuse the return policy, including but not limited to excessive returns, returning items in non-original condition, frequent cancellations, or refusing orders. Such actions may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of customer accounts as deemed necessary.
