Delivery Policy

We offer FREE Delivery for your every purchase over AED 200

We take 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched or shipped. We aim to ship within 48 hours. we dispatch the shipment confirming the stock availability, payment transaction, and payment confirmation. For an effectuate shipping of the shipment we have subcontracted with third-party logistic service providers collectively called our logistic partners. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched by the following Monday or the next working day simultaneously. During rush hours and government authorized holidays, there can be a delay in the processing and shipping of the shipments. The order cannot be shipped to PO boxes. When it comes to the destinations where the shipments are supposed to be shipped, we have few city limits. You can have queries regarding city limits with our customer care executive. Please note that we promise dispatch timelines but have no control over delivery timelines. Different shippers take different times to reach different locations and hence, we do not promise that a product will reach you by a specific date. We promise that we will track shipments to make sure they are not unnecessarily delayed and will continue to follow up with shipping companies until the product reaches you.

There can be a delay in delivery on the following circumstances;

• Act of God such as earthquake, flood, etc.,
• Unsuitable weather conditions;
• Government-authorized holidays and lockdowns;
• Logistical issues beyond our control;
• Other unseeable situations.
