Cancellation

We offer a cancelation policy for the product purchased from Zalomi.com. You can cancel the order any time before the order’s been dispatched from the Zalomi.com outlet. Product/products purchased can be canceled in partial/full. Upon receiving the request for cancellation, as long as it’s not dispatched, we will initiate the cancellation process. Also, you can cancel the order purchased if there is a cancel option available in “My orders” when the shipment status is packed/shipped. Zalomi.com reserve the right to cancel your order placed on our online platforms or otherwise.
