1. Free Delivery on Orders Over AED 200

Zalomi offers complimentary delivery on all orders exceeding AED 200. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days, depending on stock availability and payment confirmation. Our deliveries are managed through partnerships with various third-party logistic providers, collectively referred to as our logistic partners.

2. Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed outside of standard working hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delays may occur during peak periods or government-authorized holidays.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please contact customer care for information on specific delivery locations and city limits.

3. Delivery Times

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are influenced by the destination and the courier service used. Consequently, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
