Cancellation

At Zalomi.com, we provide a flexible cancellation policy for products purchased from our platform. You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from a Zalomi.com outlet. Cancellations can be made for an entire order or selected items within an order. Upon receiving a cancellation request, provided the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate the cancellation process promptly.

Additionally, if a cancellation option is available in "My Orders" when your order status is marked as "Packed" or "Shipped," you may also cancel the order at that stage. Zalomi.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed on our online platforms or through other channels if deemed necessary.
